RESOLUTION TO AMEND ORDINANCE COUNCIL SERIES NO. 03-0775,
2004-2008 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET AND PROGRAM, TO MAKE
CHANGES TO THE COUNCIL DISTRICT 11 ROAD LIST, TO INCLUDE COIN DE
LESTIN BRIDGE AND PLEASANT DRIVE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 4 of Ordinance Council Series No. 03-0775, which
authorizes the amendment of the 2004-2008 Capital Improvement Budget by Resolution of the Parish
Council; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to amend the 2004-2008 Capital
Improvements Road List for Council District 11, and that at year-end 2004 this amendment shall be
reflected in all changes which have been approved in the year.
THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY RESOLVES to amend Ordinance Council
Series No. 03-0775 2004-2008 Capital Improvement Budget and Program, to make changes to the
Council District 11 Road List, as reflected in Exhibit “A” of said ordinance as follows, to wit:
