    RESOLUTION TO REVIEW CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CP 02-11-101 AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION C. S. NO. C-0699, ADOPTED JANUARY 9, 2003, FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX ON PARK PLACE DRIVE IN WARD 3, DISTRICT 5

    WHEREAS, the Parish Council received an appeal on the decision, and after hearing the appeal, determined that the approval should be upheld, subject to conditions required by the Parish Council; and

    WHEREAS, the Parish Council desires to review the current status of the conditional use permit in order to assure that the conditions established by said permit are being met in the development of said property.

    THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY RESOLVES to review Conditional Use Permit CP 02-11-101, authorized by Resolution C.S. No. C-0699, adopted January 9, 2003, for an apartment complex on Park Place Drive in Ward 3, District 5.

    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that after review of Conditional Use Permit CP 02-11-101 in open and public session on _________________, the Parish Council makes the following determination:
