RESOLUTION COUNCIL SERIES NO. C-1019

        RESOLUTION TO PERFECT THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM DISTRICT TO DISTRICT.

    WHEREAS, Developmental Agreements between Developers and the Parish of St. Tammany have long been needed to develop the infrastructure that is so critical to needs of this Parish; and

    WHEREAS, Developmental Agreements have long been recorded of record; and

    WHEREAS, such Developmental Agreements are directly related to the boundaries established by Councilmanic Districts prior to the 2003 redistricting plan approved by the United States Department of Justice and this Parish Council; and

    WHEREAS, there is a need to maintain the correct accounting of funds collected and expended within the Councilmanic Districts.

    THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY RESOLVES that the need to properly account for funds on hand, in escrow, with the Department of Finance shall be properly transferred from District to District, all in accordance with the attached and incorporated subdivision list as prepared by the Parish Department of Engineering; and
    
    That all funds shall be accounted for as per law to ensure proper expenditure within the 2004 Councilmanic Districts.
