    AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE ROAD INVENTORY TO INCLUDE AN EXTENSION OF L. CRAWFORD ROAD AND HURD ROAD; ALSO TO CORRECT THE DRAINAGE INVENTORY TO INCLUDE AN EXTENSION OF LATERAL DITCH # D01JW03011 LOCATED OFF DUMMYLINE ROAD. WARDS 1, 2 & 5, DISTRICTS 1, 2 & 6

    THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY ORDAINS, that

SECTION I: The St. Tammany Parish Selective Road Maintenance System Inventory is amended to include a 340 foot extension of L. Crawford Road (R05F011), total length is 1150 feet. Also, amend inventory to include a 100 foot extension of Hurd Road (R02R009), total length is 1320 feet. Wards 2 & 5, Districts 2 & 6.

    Additionally, the Drainage Inventory shall be amended to include an extension of Lateral Ditch # D01JW03011 located off Dummyline Road, said extension to run approximately 5,400 feet and connect to Bayou Desire & Lateral Ditch # D01JW01003. Ward 1, District 1.

SECTION II: The Department of Public Works is directed to obtain, place, and/or remove the appropriate streets signs as necessary to effectuate said amendments.

SECTION III: If any provision of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision herein which can be given effect without the invalid provision and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.

SECTION IV: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION V: This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after adoption.
