ON THE DAY OF , 2004.

    AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE ROAD INVENTORY TO INCLUDE COURTANO DRIVE, A PORTION OF 9^TH STREET, AND AN EXTENSION OF JULIAN DRIVE; ALSO TO CORRECT THE DRAINAGE INVENTORY TO INCLUDE DITCH LOCATED OFF M. P. PLANCHE ROAD. WARDS 3 & 9, DISTRICTS 3, 5, & 11

    THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY ORDAINS, that

SECTION I: The St. Tammany Parish Selective Road Maintenance System Inventory is amended to include:
    1 1.      Courtano Drive, located off Harrison Avenue, Ward 3, District 5
    2 2.      A portion of 9^th Street, located south off Madison Street, Ward 3, District 5
    3 3.      A 75' extension of Julian Drive (R09E011), Ward 9, District 11.

    Additionally, the Drainage Inventory shall be amended to include the following ditches:
    4 1.      Lateral D03DW01016 located south off M.P. Planche Road, Ward 3, District 3

SECTION II: The Department of Public Works is directed to obtain, place, and/or remove the appropriate streets signs as necessary to effectuate said amendments.

SECTION III: If any provision of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision herein which can be given effect without the invalid provision and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.

SECTION IV: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION V: This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after adoption.
