    AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE ROAD INVENTORY TO INCLUDE DEPORRES ROAD AND EAST DRIVE; ALSO TO CORRECT THE DRAINAGE INVENTORY TO INCLUDE LATERAL DITCH # D03EW03016 LOCATED OFF SHARP ROAD, AND LATERAL DITCH # D02UW01009 LOCATED OFF OF GERONIMO DRIVE. WARDS 2 & 3, DISTRICTS 2 & 3

    THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY ORDAINS, that

SECTION I: The St. Tammany Parish Selective Road Maintenance System Inventory is amended to include DePorres Road, located off off Highway 190 By-Pass, and East Drive, located off of Highway 59. Wards 3 & 4, Districts 3 & 5.

    Additionally, the Drainage Inventory shall be amended to include Lateral Ditch # D03EW03016 located off Sharp Road, and Lateral Ditch # D02UW01009 located off Geronimo Drive. Wards 2 & 3, Districts 2 & 3,

SECTION II:
The Department of Public Works is directed to obtain, place, and/or remove the appropriate streets signs as necessary to effectuate said amendments.

SECTION III:
If any provision of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision herein which can be given effect without the invalid provision and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.

SECTION IV: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION V: This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after adoption.

PURPOSE:    To provide for corrections/additions to the road and drainage inventory based upon Certificates of Road and/or Drainage Maintenance by Area Foremen.

RECOMMENDATION:    The Public Works Department recommends adoption.
