A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARISH PRESIDENT TO
EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS BY AND BETWEEN THE
PARISH AND THE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AS SUCH RELATES TO “WETLAND HABITAT
CHANGE IN WESTERN ST. TAMMANY PARISH BETWEEN 1982
AND 2001” GRANT.
WHEREAS, St. Tammany Parish Government has been awarded $112,000.00 by
the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources to study wetland habitat change in the
western St. Tammany Parish region due to natural and anthropogenic factors, and;
WHEREAS, the St. Tammany Parish Government wishes to determine the
amount of wetland loss due to primary and secondary impacts.
THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY RESOLVES that Kevin C. Davis,
Parish President, is hereby authorized to execute and all documents by and between the
Parish and the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, any or all of which may be
necessary for the Parish to facilitate the work to be completed under the grant.
