ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING “ONE WAY” TRAFFIC ZONE ON A
PORTION OF GARDEN DRIVE (9G51) WARD 9, DISTRICT 11
THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY HEREBY ORDAINS, that
SECTION I: A “One Way” traffic zone is hereby established on Garden Drive (9G51) in a westerly
direction from Carroll Road to East Avenue between the school hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
SECTION II: The Parish Department of Public Works is directed to post the appropriate signs at
these locations.
REPEAL: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this ordinance shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall
not affect any other provision herein which can be given effect without the invalid provision and to
this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after adoption
