3. Resolution C.S. No. C-3921 - Resolution to grant approval to Fire Protection District No. 12 of the Parish of St. Tammany, State of Louisiana (the District), to call and hold an election on May 3, 2014, to authorize the levy and collection of an annual parcel fee of $48.00, beginning in the year 2015 and continuing for a period of twenty (20) years, for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, maintaining and operating fire protection facilities and equipment, including the cost of obtaining water for fire protection purposes and salaries of firemen, and all purposes incidental thereto; and further providing for other matters in connection therewith. 4. Resolution C.S. No. C-3922 - Resolution authorizing Fire Protection District No. 12 of the Parish of St. Tammany, State of Louisiana (the District) to proceed with the issuance, sale and delivery of its not to exceed $3,200,000 Limited Tax Certificates of Indebtedness, Series 2014. (Gould)

5. Resolution C.S. No. C-3923 - Resolution to authorize the Parish President to execute an agreement with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LA DOTD) for improvements at the St. Tammany Regional Airport. (Falconer/Brister)

6. Resolution C.S. No. C-3924 - Resolution authorizing the Parish President to execute an agreement with the Regional Planning Commission as required by Title 23, United States Code, Sections 134, 314 and 316 providing for the continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive development of transportation plans considering all modes of transportation. Such planning for Federal-Aid Highway and Federal-Aid Transit projects must be developed by Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO’s) in cooperation with the state and affected local jurisdictions.
