No. 3562 - Ordinance levying an additional sales tax of one cent (0.01%) in the “Rooms To Go St. Tammany Economic Development District”, designating the full amount of such additional sales tax as the sales tax increments in the district from which the local and state sales tax increments will be determined and used to finance economic development projects on a cash basis in accordance with LSA R.S. 33:9038.31 et seq., and providing for other matters in connection therewith.


            12) Ord. Cal. No. 3563 - Ordinance to amend the Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 18, by adding a new Article thereto creating “Colonial Pinnacle Nord du Lac Economic Development District”, defining the boundaries thereof from which area local and state sales tax increments will be determined and used to finance economic development projects on a cash basis to fund a portion of the cost of economic development projects in accordance with LSA R.S. 33:9038.31 et seq., and providing for other matters in connection therewith.


            13) Ord. Cal. No. 3564 - Ordinance levying an additional sales tax of three quarters cent (0.0075%) in the “Colonial Pinnacle Nord du Lac Economic Development District”, designating the full amount of such additional sales tax as the sales tax increments in the District from which the local and state sales tax increments will be determined and used to finance economic development projects on a cash basis in accordance with LSA R.S. 33:9038.31 et seq., designating the initial annual baseline collection rate and establishing a monthly baseline collection rate for the District, pledging and dedicating such tax increments to reimburse economic development costs on a cash basis, and providing for other matters in connection therewith.

            14) Resolution C.S. No. C-2074 - Resolution to support the call for an independent bipartisan commission to investigate failure of the Federal levee system on August 29, 2005 that flooded St. Tammany, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, Orleans and St. Charles Parishes.
