    Ordinance to extend for an additional six (6) months the moratorium on the receipt of submissions by the Parish Zoning and Planning Commissions for rezoning of property and/or the issuance of building permits for construction or placement of any commercial structures in a certain area of Ward 4, District 5, as established by Ordinance C.S. No. 04-0818, adopted January 15, 2004.
